Realize your wildest dreams in an atmospheric setting. Haven't you or your partner always dreamed of this? In our premises, you have the opportunity to book your favorite room or the entire venue, depending on your preferences.
Hourly rental
- A 2-hour block will automatically be reserved for you within the time window, so that you can calmly handle the handover and takeover with a contact person from the studio.
Overnight rental
- If you would like to book the Sanctum's premises overnight, this is possible on selected weekends! See booking schedule ) In this case, you book all the rooms of the studio..
- Check-in is always at 8:00 PM and Not individually negotiable. Check-out is at 9:00 AM the next morning!
- The fee for the use of the premises must be paid in advance, either in cash or by bank transfer.
The use is purely for private purposes.
- You assume liability for yourself and any accompanying persons for the duration of use.
The use of the premises is at the user's own risk. The user is liable to the landlord for any damages incurred in connection with the rental. - In particular, the user shall indemnify the landlord against all third-party claims for damages in the aforementioned context.
If you need to cancel your rental, please note the following cancellation fees: - Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the rental period begins.
- For cancellations up to 7 days before the rental period, we charge 30% of the agreed price.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of the rental date, we will charge 100% of the agreed price.

Then, fill out the reservation form and submit it. We'll get back to you immediately by email!
