Private use of "The Sanctum"

Realize your wildest dreams in an atmospheric setting. Haven't you or your partner always dreamed of this? In our premises, you have the opportunity to book your preferred room, depending on your preferences.

  • A 2-hour block will automatically be reserved for you within the time window, so that you can calmly handle the handover and takeover process with a contact person from the studio.
  • If you would like to book the Sanctum's premises overnight, this is possible on selected weekends! (See booking schedule) 
  • Check-in is always at 8:00 PM and Not individually negotiable. Check-out is at 9:00 AM the next morning!
  • The fee for the use of the premises must be paid in advance, either in cash or by bank transfer.
    The use is purely for private purposes.

  • The user assumes liability for themselves and any accompanying persons for the duration of the use.
    
The use of the premises is at the user's own risk. The user is liable to the landlord for any damages incurred in connection with the rental.
  • In particular, the user shall indemnify the landlord against all third-party claims for damages in the aforementioned context.

    If you need to cancel your rental, please note the following cancellation fees:
  • Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the rental period begins.
  • 
For cancellations up to 7 days before the rental period, we charge 30% of the agreed price.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of the rental date, we will charge 100% of the agreed price.


By renting the premises, you agree to our terms and conditions.

House rules:

  1. Entry for young people under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited in The Sanctum studio.
  2. The operator does not provide supervision for the use of the studio and its diverse gaming options.
  3. The guests are in The Sanctum studio of their own free will and responsibility.
  4. Entering the premises and using The Sanctum studio, including equipment, is entirely at your own risk.
  5. The operator is not liable for any health-related or other damages that may arise from the use of this product. The operator is not liable for slight negligence.
  6. At Studio The Sanctum, the principle of non-violent sexual self-determination for adults is paramount.
  7. In our studio, all games are conducted with the utmost safety, common sense, and mutual consent at all times.
  8. To avoid “causing a public nuisance in accordance with Section 183a of the German Criminal Code”, the participants are not permitted to perform sexual acts outside the building (e.g. parking lot, access to the building) and/or to be naked/inappropriately present in these areas.
  9. In case of incorrect/unacceptable behavior, the operator reserves the right to immediately prohibit access to The Sanctum studio.
  10. The operator is not liable for clothing or personal belongings.
  11. All furniture and accessories are the property of the operator of The Sanctum studio. The person responsible for damage caused by gross negligence is fully liable.
  12. The possession and use of any intoxicating substances or narcotics as defined by the German Narcotics Act (BtMG) are expressly prohibited. Any violation of the Narcotics Act will be reported to the police immediately by the operator.
  13. The condom requirement according to the Prostitutes Protection Act – ProstSchG § 32 must be strictly observed in the studio The Sanctum.
  14. The performers are responsible for the content of their profiles on our website. They ensure they can be contacted directly via their mobile phone number and/or email address. The Sanctum studio's homepage only maintains a current attendance list with a link to each profile. We can be reached by phone for general information.
  15. Discretion is paramount at The Sanctum studio. To protect the interests of our guests, performers, and the operator, all parties are bound to secrecy. This applies in particular—but not exclusively—to internal operational processes and the personal and professional information of all parties. The only exceptions are information that has already been published on the website or in other media. Any breach of this confidentiality agreement will be prosecuted.
